Delivery Policy

The WRAP CUSTOM D&D store is operated by D&D WRAPCUSTOM SRL.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time
Products are delivered through international logistics partners and European warehouses.

Estimated delivery time is:
• Romania: 4–15 business days
• European Union: 5–15 business days

During busy periods (holidays, promotions or special logistical situations) delivery may take longer.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is displayed on the product page and at the order completion.

Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email to track the package.

International deliveries
Products may be shipped from warehouses located in or outside the European Union, depending on stock availability.

Taxes and customs
For orders delivered to the European Union, there are no additional customs duties charged to the customer.

Delivery delays
D&D WRAPPUS CUSTOM SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs controls or situations beyond our control.
